Used Al Terry again, and this time for a pretty big job, which was a steam furnace replacement. As usual, Al Terry exceeded my expectations. The replacing of the furnace was just the half of it. I could not believe how much work was done exterior to the furnace itself. They replaced all the connecting heating pipes, they replaced the venting pipes, replaced the thermostat, removed an outdated emergency shut off switch at the top of my basement stairs, and replaced other stuff that I just don’t know the names of those parts. They also provided me with space heaters for the 3 days that the furnace would be out of commission. Some days there were anywhere from two to four technicians working on the furnace install. Braden and Jeff were the two technicians I dealt with most often and they were extremely nice, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Again, every time Al Terry does work for me they always exceed my expectations. Like with this furnace install, you think they’re just going to install a new furnace, but it’s so much more than that…it blew me away. Obviously I’m going to always use them for my plumbing needs, and why I’ve been a diamond club member for a long long time. Thanks Al Terry. — This is at least the 10th time I’ve used Al Terry Plumbing in the last 10-20 years. Each time I believe I’ve had a different technician from them, but each and every time the work is always been excellent. That is, they do quality work, they’re always on time, their professional, and their prices are a very competitive. The most recent technician Dylan was excellent as well–pleasant, answered various questions I had. His assistant Drake was pleasant and professional as well. What originally was going to be a toilet repair turned out to be a toilet replacement. I figured since it’s a replacement they’ll probably have to come back another day but no they did it almost immediately. The only extra time they took was to go and get a new toilet, which really didn’t take that long. And as always it was installed quickly, flawlessly and it looks great. Thanks!
