Customer Care Representative & Scheduling
Al Terry Plumbing and Heating Inc., with over 45 years in business, seeks qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Specialist – Dispatcher for our residential and light commercial service department.
Pay Range: $16 – $20 an hour
Minimum requirements:
- Two years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or related functions
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Planning and scheduling skills
- Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Dependability
- Courteous demeanor
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Flexibility to work overtime
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment without distraction
- High School or GED
- Excellent organizational skills
- Always strives to exceed customer expectations.
