Why is the Diamond Club™ a limited membership?
Though we would absolutely love to keep all of our customers on the top of our priority list, it is unfortunately not possible with the high demand we see as a company. We are pleased to know that we have an incredible staff but like many companies, we are unable to service everyone as we would like. As we hire the right personnel over time, it will position us to help more people and quicker.
