The Diamond Club™ is a private membership service club that’s limited to 22% of our clients. It isn’t available to everyone because we couldn’t possibly keep up with the work load. We’re offering it only to people like you who really love your home and want to protect it from unexpected plumbing, heating and air conditioning breakdowns or worse… water damage!
As a member of “The Diamond Club™”, your home is protected from the annoyance of plumbing, heating and air conditioning problems. If a problem does occur, you’ll go to the top of our service list. You will be priority service protected every hour of every day from plumbing, heating and air conditioning emergencies. If you move within our market area, you may transfer your club membership to your new home or it can be transferred to the new owner.

- Why is the Diamond Club™ a limited membership?
Though we would absolutely love to keep all of our customers on the top of our priority list, it is unfortunately not possible with the high demand we see as a company. We are pleased to know that we have an incredible staff but like many companies, we are unable to service everyone as we would like. As we hire the right personnel over time, it will position us to help more people and quicker.
Please know that only 22% of our customers are subscribed to the Diamond Club™ Membership!
This list of benefits is just a small token of our thanks for participating in the peace of mind membership. It in no way is to degrade our other customers, as of course everyone’s needs are important to us. The Diamond Club is a program we are very proud of. It has proven to be a great strength in organizing our workload, especially during staffing shortages. We stand by our amazing membership as it also offers our members several cost saving vehicles. We know that not everyone will be interested in applying, but we ask that our customers know how thankful we are for the business we acquire!
