Project Manager, Plumbing, HVAC, Commercial Construction
$25K Sign-On Bonus – $5K per year over five years

Al Terry Plumbing & Heating, Inc., Hooksett, NH is currently seeking applicants for the position of Project Manager as part of its commercial construction division. This person must be highly experienced in managing major plumbing and HVAC projects. This full-time position is based in our Hooksett, NH office. Duties include project management on all aspects of commercial projects. Supervision of field personnel, scheduling, purchasing, GC interactions and processing of all project paperwork to include billing, change orders, subcontracts, and more. Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills. A minimum of three years of experience necessary.
Pay Range: $75,000 – $110,000 a year

- NH Gas Fitter’s License
- NH Plumber’s License
- EPA certification
- OSHA 10 certification
