Training Manager – Plumbing, HVAC
$25K Sign-On Bonus – $5K per year over five years
(negotiable, based on experience)
Al Terry Plumbing & Heating, Inc., with over 45 years in business, is currently hiring an experienced training manager for its service division (residential and light commercial). This person must be highly experienced in all or most of the following areas: plumbing, boilers, furnaces, air conditioning, low and high pressure gas, indoor air quality and water treatment systems.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills
- Training skills
- Ability to develop curriculum and teach/coach technicians both in-house and on-site
- Plumbing and gas license
- 15+ years of trade experience
