Back in 1976, Al Terry ventured out to start his company, Al Terry Plumbing and Heating. Primarily, he handled plumbing and heating services for single family residential homes. In 1982, Michael Terry joined the company. He started working for Al Terry Plumbing and Heating, as an apprentice and worked to become the President of the company. With a great reputation for doing quality work at competitive prices, they ventured into the commercial market and found success, instantly. In the late 90’s, our clients were demanding service to their plumbing and heating systems after the warranty had expired. Thus, our service department was created.
Our company philosophy is to be the best at what we do. The service department started slow, with the main focus of providing quality service. As in prior ventures, the Al Terry Plumbing and Heating service department grew by providing quality, reliable service at a competitively priced value. In 2007, to insure we had all of our clients systems covered in their homes, we added our Air Conditioning and Indoor Air Quality services.
With the current services we provide and the dedication to provide the best service to our clients, we continue to focus on training our technicians and office personnel. We believe that we are only as good as the people we put in our client’s homes. Training has become one of the most important parts of our company. We understand that the primary beneficiaries of this are our clients, but it also benefits our employees and the company.
