The Custom Comfort line of inverter heat pump equipment is designed to give homeowners the ability to customize their comfort all year long.

A heat pump is an energy-efficient cooling and heating system that is installed outside of your home and connected to an indoor mini-split unit. It cycles hot and cold air where you want it depending on the season. During the summer months, the heat pump works by absorbing heat from the inside of your home and releasing it outdoors, effectively cooling your living spaces. In the winter, the process is reversed, with the heat pump extracting heat from the outdoor air and transferring it inside to keep you warm and cozy.
These innovative residential HVAC systems provide personalized comfort throughout your home year-round. By using a zoned approach, you can set different temperatures in different rooms or areas of your house, ensuring optimal comfort and energy efficiency. Every Custom Comfort mini-split comes with a simple-to-use remote control. This helps you easily engage up to 18 functions to control the environment in each room being heated/cooled by Custom Comfort. This enhances comfort, energy savings, convenience and health.


Enjoy Smart Home Integration

NetHome Plus is Custom Comfort's Smart Home app, available for iPhone and Android users. NetHome Plus also integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Imagine being able to check the weather and make changes to your heating/cooling controls at home while you're away! Forgot to turn off your AC before leaving home? No worries, you can turn units on and off, and control individual room temperatures remotely.

10-Year Standard Registered Limited Warranty

All “Indoor and Outdoor Products” registered by the installer or the Original Owner within 90 days of the Date of Purchase shall receive a Standard Registered Limited Warranty, which shall be identical to the Standard Base Warranty, except that the Limited Parts Warranty shall be for a term of 10 Years and the Limited Compressor Warranty shall be for a term of 10 years.
